Q: How much does it cost to mail my permit to me and how long should that take?
A: Mailing a decal is $4.25 (each). Mailing a visitor permit is $3.75 (each). We use USPS, which may take up to 10 business days. We put it in the mail within 1 business day of your order.
Q: I want to pick up my permit(s) at the office after ordering online. How long will that take? Do I have to pay for parking? Is there a mask mandate?
It can take up to 1 hour, though it's often much faster.
Q: What’s a community pick-up? Does my community have one?
A: In some RPP areas, community groups may help distribute permits at a “pick-up” location in your community. To see if your neighborhood participates, click on the RPP webpage and then click on your neighborhood.
Q: How much do permits cost? How often do I need to renew?
A: $20 per permit except for areas 4 and B. Area 4 permits are $10 each. Area B Permits are issued at no charge. Permits must be renewed annually (each area has a set month for renewal).
